Change Your Title:   Sign in with your user name and password.  From the choices choose "My Active Listing". Click on eraser to edit. scroll down and click edit details button. Now this will bring you to the Edit My Listing details page and the Title field is the first one on the list.  If you have uploaded photos, the first photo is shown as an icon next to your ad in the general listing area.

Can't Sign In:  More then likely you have entered either your username or password incorrectly. It is case sensitivie.  You can click the "forgot password" link under the sign in box and it will send it to the email address you were registered with. If this fails,  give us a call or send us an email, and we will reset your password and email you this information.

Photo won't upload:  It's likely too big. The size limit is 800 by 800 pixels.  You can use Microsoft Paint to resize and save in a smaller format.

Expiry date?   You will receive an email about a week before your ad expires. Your ad will remain in the system for one month if you don't renew. After which your ad will no longer be saved. You are still registered and would just click on, Post an Ad.

Map Quest:  If you want parents to find you on a map. General area only. Ensure that in your ad details that the Mapping address fields are filled in. It really only needs your postal code.
